This Privacy Policy explains how UN Creations ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or use our website (uncreations.co.uk), request a quote, make a purchase through our online shop (shop.uncreations.co.uk), or otherwise communicate with us (together, the "Services"). Our online shop is powered by Shopify, and our main website is hosted on Vercel. Your purchase contract is with UN Creations. If there is a conflict between our Terms and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
We treat customer photos and uploaded files as confidential. We use them only to assess, quote, design and produce your order, and we do not publish or share customer photos, or use them in advertising or public portfolios without your permission. Example and illustrative images on our Services are not real customer photos.
We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including Shopify (shop and checkout), Vercel (website hosting), payment processing, analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfilment and shipping; to business and marketing partners (under their own privacy notices); where you direct or consent; within our corporate group; and in connection with a legal obligation or business transaction.
